• Individuals working in low-risk environments
• Anyone looking to develop the confidence to provide immediate assistance in an emergency
• Employees nominated to act as an Emergency First Aider
• Staff who may need to respond to workplace emergencies

During this practical one-day course, delegates will cover:

• Assessing an incident and ensuring scene safety
• Managing an unresponsive casualty
• CPR and the safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
• Recognising and responding to heart attacks
• Managing bleeding and shock
• Treating choking incidents
• Responding to burns and seizures
• Dealing with minor injuries and common workplace emergencies
