Our Story

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions was established in 2019 by founder and Managing Director, Natalie Casanovas as a specialist HR and Accountancy consultancy.

With over twenty years of industry experience, Natalie developed the company out of a passion for recruitment and providing that personal touch. Having held senior positions in prominent national recruitment firms, she decided to create Casanovas Recruitment as an independent consultancy combining traditional values with employment innovation.

People focused, Natalie’s primary goal was to provide ethical, knowledgeable and bespoke recruitment solutions to clients and candidates across Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and London.

The home of Casanovas Recruitment is nestled in the Suffolk Countryside in the village of Great Cornard, Sudbury. The building, New Mill Business Hub is a lovingly restored Victorian Mill over 900 years old, traditional yet modern and situated right next to the beautiful River Stour.

Today, Natalie and her team of specialist recruiters remain committed to building connections, nurturing relationships, and offering tailored recruitment solutions to job seekers and organisations in both the public and private sectors.
