Michelle began her career in events and hospitality management, where she naturally gravitated toward roles in HR, recruitment, and team leadership. With a passion for meeting new people, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service, recruitment became a natural career path. Today, Michelle serves as both an operational and strategic anchor for the company. She manages the day-to-day operations at Casa HQ while also providing expert recruitment support to the wider team.

The newest addition to the Casanovas Team, Kirsty joined in early 2025 with over 10 years’ experience in recruitment and has also been client so knows the values we hold and the quality of service we provide. Kirsty has brought her professional manner, her love of providing exceptional service to customers and a great sense of humour to the team! Kirsty recruits in both HR and Accountancy sectors across Essex and Suffolk.
Rebecca Smith

Joining in early 2024 in an administrative role, Rebecca has become an invaluable member of the team as the organisational glue that keeps the team sane, looks after the purse strings and keeps the Casa name out there on socials! Coming from an international finance and procurement background Rebecca has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to head up the internal accounts as well as providing an excellent level of support and insight to recruiting in the HR and accountancy industries.
