Job Title: HR Business Partner

Salary: From £53 - £60K

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9-month fixed term

Location: Witham, Essex

Main areas of responsibility:

• To demonstrate outstanding leadership, to support and be an advocate for the people strategies, plans and HR initiatives

• Liaise with senior leaders on all HR strategy developments

• Maintain Service Values and the company’s Code of Ethics

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, other services, and organisations

• Propel the organisation forward improving all aspect of company growth

• Monitor data, identify and promote cultural improvement and company performance

• Resolve ER issues providing leadership and guidance in a promptly manner

• Ensure Health and Safety, Risk Management, Business Continuity and Safeguarding policy and procedures are upheld

• Creating policies and ensuring all kept up to date with employment legislation

Required Skills & Experience:

• MCIPD or similar qualification

• Level 5 Education

• Excellent knowledge and understanding employment law

• Experience in handling complex HR matters

• Implementing change to support the progress of the company
