The ideal candidate should possess HR Administration experience, excellent communication, organizational and IT skills, and keen attention to detail.
This role requires weekly travel to the Felixstowe office; therefore, a full clean driving licence and own transport are essential.
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for Providing administrative support to the HR department, including managing job vacancies, arranging interviews, processing leavers, maintaining the HR database, arranging training courses, and undertaking employee inductions.
