Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is excited to be representing an established client looking for a People Advisor within their HR team in Colchester. This role is a min of 4 days office based with 1 day WFH.

Our client is looking for a People Advisor in Colchester who have extensive Employee Relations experience to develop managers and the HR function.

Core Responsibilities of People Advisor:

• Support the HR team and wider teams with HR best practices
• Guide, consult and support any matters within employee relations
• Develop, update, and maintain process improvement
• Ensure all documentation is confidential, and follows necessary procedures
• Assist with recruitment function of JD, preparation and issuing contracts
• Reduce turnover of staffing, ensuring to capture data to support this

 The ideal People Advisor will have:

• CIPD qualified
• Ability to negotiate, influence and build great rapport with others
• Experience within a HR function
• Up to date with HR best practice
