Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is urgently looking to speak with Business Development Managers to join our client based in Colchester. This is a permanent role, 37.5hours per week. You will be in liaison with multi-Agency, internal and external stakeholders

We are looking for a Dynamic, experienced Business Development Manager to join our team on a substantive Basis. The Business Development Manager provides support to the General Manager within the company’s wellbeing and is responsible for promoting the vision and values. Leading by example and ensuring that they demonstrate those values in leadership behaviours and how we support our teams and deliver our service.

General Responsibilities

  • Deliver against companies Wellbeing objectives, achieving quality outcomes, prioritising own workload.
  • Compliance with standard processes and procedures
  • Contribute to service development through constructive contribution at team meetings etc.
  • Any other tasks as required that are commensurate with the role as delegated by management.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with the General Manager and members of the Company’s Wellbeing management team the postholder will be integral to all aspects of new and existing service development. This includes:

  • Act as focal point for all project activity

    • Create and manage the delivery of robust plans that support the business growth and key priorities.
    • Organise, plan and execute project actions to agreed timelines*
  • Provide status reports of business developments / projects in line with the agreed governance.

  • Support research, evaluate and bid for business opportunities with direction from the management team.

  • Work in partnership with our external marketing agency and Corporate Marketing team to plan and deliver new business opportunities.

  • Maintain an understanding of our key competitors and how we can differentiate/improve our offer.

  • Work collaboratively across corporate teams / external teams to develop relationships with key stakeholders and deliver appropriate communication plans.
