Salary between £23,000 - £25000

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is urgently looking to speak with Recruitment administrators.

You will be responsible for taking ownership of managing the post offer administration process for each candidate offered a role within your business area, to ensure candidate personnel files are fully compliant by the time the candidate is due to commence employment and to raise awareness of any concerns or issues when necessary in a timely manner. To ensure the candidate experience is a positive one and the process is managed efficiently, in line with agreed SLA’s and in line with our company values.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office after training which will be up too 6 weeks. During this time you will be expected to be in the office full time

We are looking for someone local to Colchester who has driven and a high attention to detail. This is a small but busy team so working to tight deadlines and being proactive is essential for this role.
