Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is excited to be representing an established client looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator within their small team in Ipswich with hybrid working.
Our client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator of at least 2 years to support with the projected growth within the Finance Team.  
Core Responsibilities of Purchase Ledger Administrator:

  • Maintenance of the Purchase Ledger using Sage Line 50
  • Compiling month end reports along with other reports as needed
  • VAT recording
  • Assisting with the wider finance team as required
  • Dealing with accruals, pre-payments, and bank reconciliations

 The ideal Purchase Ledger Administrator:

  • Eager to learn and support the wider team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Sage Line 50 and Excel
