Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is delighted to be representing an established company who are in need of an HR Business Partner on a FTC of 6 months to to start as soon as possible to identify and implement targeted and cost-effective workforce interventions to support the wider business plans.

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong NHS background who can demonstrate the ability to thrive within organisational change.

Core Responsibilities of HR Business Partner:

• Manage a complex HR caseload regarding employment related cases and projects and work with managers for best practices
• Provide training through design and delivery for all aspects of people management
• Manage a team of HR staff providing expert advise and guidance relating to recruitment, appraisal, discipline, absence management and performance management
• Work across the function to identify people trends/issues, make proposals for change and implement agreed improvement action plans.
• Mange and develop self and others to improve personal and team performance and deliver objectives.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Positively contribute to a safe work environment ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Risk management, Business continuity and Safeguarding policy and procedures.

 
The ideal HR Business Partner:

• CIPD level 7
• Strong, demonstratable experience with Employee Relations
• Knowledge of medical staffing
• Strong experience recent or previous within the NHS HR functions
• Experience of the health and social care sector
• Experience with leadership and management
• Good understanding of grievance procedures
• Ability to listen with respect, and empathise with colleagues demonstrating care about their wellbeing
• Ability to remain confidential and discreet with information that is of a sensitive nature.
• A growth mindset and the ability to apply initiative to help us keep improving.
• Readiness to act in the best interests of Company and backing yourself to make the right call
