Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is excited to be representing an established client looking for an Finance Manager to manage Group accounts within the care sector in South-East London.
Our client is looking for at least 2 years’ experience who has previously worked within the financial team in a similar industry, this could be Home Care, Supported Living, Domiciliary, Local Authority.
Core Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
Report on all statutory, accounting, and financial within the business
Produce monthly management accounts
Audit annual statutory accounts
Leading a team of 3 within the finance team
Preparation and tracking of budget
Input appraisal for new business opportunities
Organised and on top of invoicing to ensure timely payments
Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll
The ideal Finance Manager will have:
AAT qualified or part CIMA/ACCA qualified with Post qualification experience
Good Leadership skills
Adept with Excel
Familiar with Sage Accountant and Sage Payroll
Happy to work within office environment 4 – 5 days per week
