Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is excited to be representing an established client looking for an Finance Manager to manage Group accounts within the care sector in South-East London.
Our client is looking for at least 2 years’ experience who has previously worked within the financial team in a similar industry, this could be Home Care, Supported Living, Domiciliary, Local Authority.

Core Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

  • Report on all statutory, accounting, and financial within the business
  • Produce monthly management accounts
  • Audit annual statutory accounts
  • Bookkeeping
  • Leading a team of 3 within the finance team
  • Preparation and tracking of budget
  • Input appraisal for new business opportunities
  • Organised and on top of invoicing to ensure timely payments
  • Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll
  • Accounts payable/receivable.

 The ideal Finance Manager will have:

  • Be accountable
  • AAT qualified or part CIMA/ACCA qualified with Post qualification experience
  • Good Leadership skills
  • Adept with Excel
  • Familiar with Sage Accountant and Sage Payroll
  • Good Communication
  • Happy to work within office environment 4 – 5 days per week
