Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is excited to be representing an established client looking for a Payroll Administrator within their Corporate team.
Our client is looking for at least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role to support the Peoples’ team with payroll administrative processes, as well as benefits queries.
Core Responsibilities of Payroll Administrator:
Strong administration skills
Continuously review processes to ensure the most efficient way whilst reducing inaccuracies
Design, Collate and maintain Excel spreadsheets to produce high level reports
Utilising internal auto- enrolment processes for employee’s benefits
Follow organisation procedures to raise and follow through on and always manage complaints in a professional way
Act as 1st line response for any queries
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
Support the People Service Team
The ideal Payroll Administrator will have:
Educated to at least Level 3 of Business Administration or demonstratable experience
Strong Administration skills
A keen eye for detail to identify any errors and react appropriately
Good working knowledge of Peoples’ teams policies
Adaptable, motivated, and analytical
