Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is excited to be representing an established client looking for an Accounts Payable within their Finance team in Braintree.
Our client is looking for at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role to support the accounts team with supplier invoices, payment and queries.

Core Responsibilities of Accounts Payable:

• Receive invoices and upload via Internal CRM
• Correct ledger accounts
• Process and approve invoices
• Monthly supplier reconciliation
• Assisting with group purchase order system
• Month end accounts payable
• First line support and management of supplier queries and emails
• Fortnightly payment run processes and scheduling through agreed routes

 The ideal Accounts Payable will have:

• Purchase ledger experience at least 1 year
• Own car due to location
