Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is working with an Essex based charity who are seeking a Registered Nurse who is Quality Focused and has a good understanding of CQC regulations.

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Nursing Lead to support the full cycle auditing to ensure the care facilities are up to CQC legislation and regulation.

Core Responsibilities:

• Working at services across Essex & London as well as remotely.
• Work closely with operations to develop and review their action plans and ensure any areas for improvement are highlighted and reviewed on a regular basis and are in line with regulatory compliance, best practice and promote positive outcomes for our customers and residents.
• Lead on monthly Governance & Quality Assurance meetings and provide oversight of Governance & Quality Assurance processes, highlighting any areas of risk or non-compliance.
• Reviewing competence of our nursing teams ensuring they are working as per the NMC code of conduct and relevant competence levels.
• Develop and review policies and procedures to ensure our services are kept up to date with relevant information, guidance and required working standards.
• Reviewing our auditing and review processes ensuring they are relevant and fit for purpose as well as analysing audit outcomes, trends and feedback.
• Analysing and reviewing operational data to identify any trends and present findings.
• Using our existing Quality & Governance systems to monitor performance in our services and suggesting changes or refinements where needed.

• Registered Nurse with PIN
• Quality focused
