Recruitment Resourcer

Fixed Term Contract until Feb 2024

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is excited to be representing an established Harlow client looking for a Recruitment Resourcer within their Recruitment agenda.

Our client is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer based at their office in Harlow to ‘hit the ground running’ to support with recruitment within Safety and Security. This role is a fast paced, evolving role, and will require a Recruitment Resourcer with previous experience and understanding of recruitment processes to ensure that the best candidates are being sourced for the varying vacancies.

 

Core Responsibilities:

Utilising social media and job boards to source, attract and engage quality candidates

Follow the candidate through from source, to interview and offer stage

Source passive candidates

Engage in process improvement

Working with Internal hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs 

Core hours of 0830 – 1730 office based

 

 The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven success within a similar role

•  Flexible and responsive

•   Self motivated, organised and resilient

•   Excellent communication skills both oral and written

•  Creativity, being able to ‘think outside of the box’ in regards to recruitment attraction plans

 

Our client is offering fantastic benefits such as:

Salary between £28k to £30k

22 days annual leave + Bank holidays (pro rata)

AE Pension after 3 months

4 month probation period
