Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is excited to be representing an established client looking for a Pay and Benefits Administrator within their busy, flexible company which can be a split job share on a part time basis in Colchester, Essex.
Our client is looking to drive the standard in customer care, with an experienced Pay and Benefits Administrator to act in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with managers regarding information sent to payroll.
Liaise with managers regarding approval of changes.
Liaise with the Courts regarding Court Orders to ensure these have been processed correctly.
Answer colleague calls and queries regarding their pay and benefits.
Process statutory payments including maternity, sickness, and paternity pay
Calculating and processing leavers payments
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years experience in a payroll role
Experience in processing a large payroll
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Use of Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook.
Experience working with web-based colleague packages.
Demonstrable experience working in a commercial environment.
