As the Head of Talent and Learning & Development you will be project managing the organisations transformation programme as part of the people strategy.

 

The role:

You will be working closely with the Head of People Services and will be developing and implementing succession planning, capability frameworks, induction programmes, probation and performance appraisal processes to enhance the employee experience.

 

This crucial talent lead role, needs a professional with a great depth of knowledge and experience in talent management and learning and development design and delivery, to lead the transformation programme.

 

 

Required skills and Qualifications

CIPD Member

Sound understanding and experience of managing complex change programmes

Expert project delivery experience

Ability to work collaboratively with managers and across teams

Excellent communication, attention to details and project delivery deadlines

Experience of delivering wide a range of effective People Services and able to demonstrate a successful track record
