Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is currently representing a fast-growing business within the Colchester area seeking a Finance Assistant to join their growing team initially on an 18 Month fixed term contract.

Are you currently working within Finance at the moment dealing with all aspect of accounts? Are you able to use V-Look up and pivot tables?

Duties will include:

• Assisting with the implementation of a new system
• Processing daily, weekly and Monthly tasks
• Processing Supplier invoices
• Arranging suppliers’ payments
• Maintaining aged creditors list
• Bank reconciliation
• Posting invoices
• Processing monthly invoices
• Supporting other team members day to day
• Use MS Excel daily.
