Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is currently representing a growing and successful business in the Essex area seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join their growing business initially on a fixed term contract for 18months.

We are seeking a candidate who is passion about Learning and Development and looking to make that different and implementing change programmes.

Duties will include:

• Supporting Senior Management on Change programmes
• Implementing Succession planning, Frameworks and Introduction plans
• Supporting existing employee with Training plans
• Enhancing employee experience within the business and developing teams.
• Providing training plans for across the business
• Collaboratively with Managers and teams
