Casanovas Recruitment Solutions are looking for a HR Administrator to join our client on a 6 month FTC.

To efficiently fulfil the hiring requirements of each company within the business delivering hires within defined timelines, budgets and candidate specification requirements. Primarily, the Resource will adopt a direct candidate attraction approach to promote the businesses externally and minimise cost to hire. Agency relationships must be defined within a PSL and those relationships must be proactively managed to ensure we get value from the supplier. An innovative approach to candidate attraction for our business will also be your focus including the sourcing of apprentices and trainees.

Accountabilities & Deliverables

  • Accountable for meeting recruitment SLAs established for the HR Function
  • Confidently and effectively dealing with all relationships in the recruitment lifecycle to deliver successful outcomes including HR, candidates, recruiting managers, third party suppliers;
  • Proactively using direct candidate attraction methodologies suitable for each role including. posting adverts and/or promoting opportunities, to generate good responses including Linked In, job boards, Company websites, networking, job fairs, open days etc;
  • Confidently cold calling candidates to generate interest in opportunities;
  • Developing relationships with relevant organisations for pipeline talent (apprentices and trainees) including schools, colleges, universities to develop our grass roots talent pipeline;
  • Undertaking a range of hiring activities including candidate screening, checking right to work in the UK, involvement in selection (e.g. interviewing / skills assessment);
  • Proactively managing hiring manager relationships to keep them abreast of progress against plan;
  • Facilitating the hiring process up to and including verbal offer;
  • Managing all relevant systems and reporting including ATS / HRIS updating, vacancy reporting, recruitment spend, time to hire – as agreed with HRBP / Group HRD;
  • Developing and maintaining a candidate library to avoid duplication of candidates / fees;
  • Meeting all quality and compliance requirements in relation to marketing and recruitment;
  • Exercising flexibility within role to take on other HR responsibilities as required.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience

  • Previous recruitment role with extensive experience of using direct candidate attraction methodologies
  • Excellent communicator
  • Genuine interest in recruiting roles of all levels (excluding senior hires);
  • Self-motivated, personal drive, determination and motivation to deliver on personal objectives; consistently meeting targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent planning, organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Brilliant administration skills, maintaining databases (Excel and previous use of an ATS or HRIS essential) and reporting as required
