Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is excited to represent a Long Established, Successful private company in Hertfordshire, looking for a full time Purchase Ledger Clerk.

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team. Situated in central Hertford in their Modern, air conditioned, lively office.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Set up new supplier accounts.
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements against supplier accounts and request missing statements/ invoices.
  • Deal with supplier and customers queries via telephone and email.
  • Posting Customer payments to Sage and banking cheques.
  • Posting bank statement entries to sage.
  • Set up supplier payments via sage and e-banking.
  • Filing accounts paperwork.
  • Set up new customer accounts.
  • Issue pro-forma Invoices when required. 
  • Run customer statements monthlyand email or send to customer.

Required Experience:

  • AAT Qualification preferred but not essential, full training will be given.
  • Sage 50 Experience preferred.
  • Excel experience preferred.
