Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is excited to be representing an established client looking for a Events Coordinator to join our growing development and marketing team in Colchester, Essex.

Our client is looking for a Confident individual whose responsibilities will include delivery of their in-person events as well as well as their schedule of regular webinars, from concept to conclusion. The workload can be substantial and requires someone who is able to act on their initiative and manage their own tasks.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Events coordination – in-person and virtual/webinars
  • Internal comms
  • Email marketing (invitations and promotions)
  • Event literature, collateral, and giveaways
  • Presentations
  • Website and social media
  • Evaluation of event campaigns at their conclusion, to include ROI
  • Budget Management

   The ideal candidate will have:

  • Corporate event management experience
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Have experience working to deadlines.
  • Be receptive to change and critique
  • Have excellent interception skills, able to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Have experience running virtual/online webinars.
