Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is excited to be representing a new Client looking for a Recruitment and Talent Specialist on an initial 6 month FTC.

Our Client is looking for an experienced Recruiter with knowledge of HR and employment law to join their busy HR department, delivering Recruitment Strategy, identifying all talent needs and talent acquisition.

The ideal Recruitment and Talent Specialist will have:

• 2-3 years experience in Recruitment (either Agency or In-house)
• Knowledge of HR and Employment Law
• Knowledge of HR and Recruitment databases and systems
• Knowledge of HR and Recruitment operations, processes and policies
• Experience of working in a unionised environment
• An understanding of safeguarding legislations and how to apply within the educational sector
• GDPR Knowledge

The main duties and responsibilities for the Recruitment and Talent Specialist role are:

• Deputising for the Assistant head of HR (overseeing the People team)
• Strategic Recruitment (Support the development and implementation of the Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Permanent Recruitment (Liaising with Customers to understand hiring requirements and fulfilling requirements)
• Agency and Temporary Recruitment (Liaising with Agencies, manage PSL, manage Agency spend, complete headhunting, coordinate recruitment events)
• Compliance (Support Head of HR and People Services to ensure the departments and all Recruitment is compliant)
