Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is excited to be representing an established client looking for a Full or Part time Financial Controller to work closely with the Financial Director and support their growing Company .

Our client is looking for a Qualified accountant to join their modern thinking, successful and thriving practice who will ideally be based in their Colchester and Chelmsford offices.

Financial Controller Duties will include:

  • Managing the management accounting function
  • Implementing and developing new accounting systems and processes to support the company with its business plan.
  • Taking lead on both internal reporting and the development of our legal accounting system.
  • Team management

   The ideal candidate will be:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified.
  • Extensive experience in a Head of finance/ Financial controller role.
  • Excellent Analytical, decision making and communication skills.
  • Be proficient in the Use of Microsoft 365 Package.
  • The ability to work under pressure and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be experienced and comfortable in dealing with suppliers such as banks, insurance brokers and auditors.
  • Be ready for an exciting challenge!
