Casanovas Recruitment Solutions has a rare and very exciting opportunity representing a client within the Colchester area offering Hybrid working and seeking a Pension Administrator to join our clients growing team.

My client is seeking a Pension Administrator who is able to join the team with Pensions experience and be able to support and advise managers and colleagues within the business regarding their Pensions.

Duties will include:

· Taking responsibility of the companies Pensions Schemes and accurate processing all the Pensions transactions in with line with current Legislations

· Providing effective day to day administration of each pension schemes in all areas within the regulatory framework

· Checking entire monthly Pension reports and investigate and resolve all queries against payroll

· Ensure that new starters have been enrolled into the appropriate Pension Scheme.

· Complete and review complex calculations, ensuring all calculations and scheme information is provided

· Working alongside payroll and pensions teams in a flexible and positive manager

· Prepare monthly Pension reports.

· Reconciling and balancing monthly Pension.
