Casanovas Recruitment Solutions have a brilliant opportunity for an HR Administrator that will carry out HR and Payroll responsibilities whilst working with a team of highly skilled and highly valued people in a growing business.
The HR Administrator role will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract working within a busy HR team.
HR Administrator Role Responsibilities:
-->Pre employment checks
-->Weekly new starter and leaver paperwork
-->Maintenance of HR database
-->Respond to Annual Leave Requests
-->Assist HR Manager with Appraisal Administration, Length of Service awards, long term sickness, employee absence matters
-->Attending HR meetings as note taker
-->Books OH referrals and update HR Manager
-->Issue annual medical questionnaires and book annual employee medicals
-->Assist HR Manager with wellbeing initiatives
-->Process weekly timesheets
-->Run weekly payroll processing
-->Process weekly expenses
-->Death in service life assurance
