Casanovas Recruitment Solutions are delighted to be representing a fantastic growing business looking for a Regional HR Advisor based in Ipswich with Hybrid working available.

The candidate for the Regional HR Advisor role must have access to their own transport as working across offices in the East and Midlands is required.

We are looking for a HR generalist that has supported in all levels of Disciplinary and Grievance, absence management and probation. The Candidate must also have sufficient experience in recruitment across the workforce including interview scheduling and onboarding.

The Regional HR Advisor will be providing high-quality advice and guidance across the full range of HR activity and embedding systems, policies, procedures, and best practise.

The Regional HR Advisor will also need to have great attention to detail, possess excellent communication skills and strong organisational abilities.
