Casanovas Recruitment Solutions are excited to be working with a fantastic client with a growing HR department. We are looking for a HR Coordinator, based in Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich, with Hybrid working.

Our client is a future-orientated employer, striving to help educate Britain. Become an integral part of the department working closely with the HR and Recruitment Team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of iTrent HR Software, to support the roll out across the Suffolk area.

Your role as the HR Coordinator will be to:

• Oversee Transactional HR across the area
• Assist in the setting up of the iTrent system
• Manage contracts: processing changes, tracking fixed term contracts
• Onboarding new starters and leaver processing
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Supervise the pre- employment checks, ensuring they are completed and thorough
• Ensure records are kept up-to-date and are compliant
• Train colleagues on Transactional HR duties
• Support the introduction of iTrent HR Software
• Liaise with manager to deliver KPI reports
