Our client is looking for someone who wants to take on the full HR lifestyle from start to finish. From onboarding to leaver processes, you will be a leader in the end-to-end employment life cycle. You will have the opportunity to advise colleagues in 3 different Essex offices, in Basildon, Chelmsford, and Colchester.

Your main duties as the HR Generalist will be:

• Report production
• Staff survey coordination
• Review and develop HR processes and policies
• Adhering to compliance with record management
• Advising and helping with internal projects
• Coordination of graduate training and work experience programmes
• General administration
