Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is delighted to be representing an established client that are looking to recruit a HR Administrator based in Colchester.
Act as first line HR transactions support, working as part of a highly customer focused HR team, responsible for supporting the transactional function and ensuring the smooth transition of each aspect of the employee lifecycle, providing a first-class customer service experience for internal customers.
Lead the administration on all transactional tasks for new joiners, contract changes and leavers, maintaining accurate and organised records, adhering to SLAs.
Oversee the Single Central Record, ensuring all information is kept up to date and safer recruitment practices are applied at all times.
Working closely with the Head of HR Operations to continually review and enhance quality and efficiency of HR transactional service delivery.
Collaborating with the HR team to ensure effective utilisation and integration of the Applicant Tracking System and HRIS for onboarding new joiners.
Produce regular reports for management team to measure KPIs and service delivery.
Oversee the portfolio of standard contracts, letters and documents, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice requirements.
Ensure that all HR data held is fully compliance with GDPR legislation.
You’ll be customer focused and committed to providing helpful, friendly and responsive services, with strong time management, organisation and administrative skills and a keen interest in following HR best practice.
CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards, with experience of working within a busy HR team in a similar role. Must be versed with good employment law and HR best practice.
