Job Title: Lead People Partner

Salary: £55,250 - £62,000 pro rata

Hours: 21 hours, 3 month FTC

Location: Witham

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the driving force behind people strategies, setting the gold standard for ethical and professional excellence
  • Being the People Strategy to life! Align workforce planning with business goals
  • Design and embed smart, people centric policies
  • Be the catalyst for change, steering positive initiatives and championing talent management
  • Be able to handle complex ER cases promptly and with a great level and understanding and professionalism
  • Take the reins on complex employee relations matters, guiding your team with expert mentorship while fostering a positive, proactive work environment
  • Build solid relationships with key stakeholders and members of staff on all levels across multiple sites
  • Be confident and knowledgeable with in all areas of employment law

 

Required skills & Desired experience:

  • Proven experience in strategic HR leadership
  • Strong understanding of organisational development, talent management and employee relations
  • The ability to manage change effectively and influence senior stakeholders
  • A commitment to upholding ethical standards and driving positive cultural change
  • MCIPD or other relevant qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and experience handling complex ER casework
