Lead Officer – Housing ICT (Cx Housing)

Remote | Part-Time (3 Days per Week) | 4-Month Contract | Inside IR35

Are you an experienced Housing ICT professional with strong knowledge of Cx Housing? We’re recruiting for a Lead Officer – Housing ICT to support a key housing systems project on an initial 4-month contract.

This is a predominantly remote opportunity, with occasional on-site attendance required depending on business needs. You’ll play a leading role in supporting, maintaining and enhancing a Housing Management System, ensuring it continues to meet operational and business requirements.

The Role

Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll provide expert technical and functional support across the Cx Housing platform, helping to optimise system performance, deliver improvements and support users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and maintaining the Cx Housing system.
  • Managing system upgrades and enhancements, including Customer Portal functionality.
  • Providing expertise in Rent Accounting, CRM, case management, workflows and forms.
  • Producing reports using SSRS and SQL, with Power BI experience being advantageous.
  • Supporting integrations and interfaces, including APIs, Azure Storage Explorer and SharePoint EDM.
  • Delivering user training and providing ongoing system support.
  • Working with stakeholders to improve system functionality and business processes.

About You

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Proven experience working with Cx Housing.
  • Strong knowledge of Rent Accounting, CRM and case management.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with SSRS reporting.
  • Experience managing system upgrades and supporting Customer Portals.
  • Knowledge of integrations, APIs, Azure Storage Explorer and SharePoint EDM.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support users.

Knowledge of Assets, Functional Units, Users & Roles, Contact Groups, System Schedules, Arrears Policies and Housing Allocations would be beneficial.
