Calling all immediate HR Professional.

Are you currently able to start a temporary assignment with immediate effect and looking to deal with all aspect of Employment Relations then look no further!

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is currently representing a successful business within the Suffolk area seeking a HR Advisor/ER Advisor and mainly remote working.

Duties will include:

• Supporting Managers and Co-ordinate and Managing employee caseworks efficiently including grievance, capability, absence and appeals.
• Building good relationships with all employees in your role.
• Dealing with Complex Caseworks
• Providing and Training Managers on all ER Relate issues.
• Providing advice and guidance to all employees on relevant policies, procedures.
• Working closely with the Chief People Office and HR Manager to develop the department.
• Taking part in HR Projects.

Are you able to commit to a 4-month Temporary assignment and looking to work from home 4 days a week and work in the office 1 day then this is the role for you.
